Anyone Take or Have Experience With Meloxicam?

I've been taking Meloxicam for a several months now for foot and ankle injury & athritis in feet and I've been noticing hair thinning and loss. Upon looking this up on the internet, I see that there's many discussions about this and that it could be a side affect of this drug, which wasn't discussed with me by either doctor or pharmacist. Anyone have any experience with this drug; and if so, please share.
