Anyone Else read "The Sell"?

As the Housewives shows have devolved into screamfests - I am enjoying Million Dollar Listing a lot more!

I bought Fredrick's book and finished it in a night. It's actually an interesting, helpful read for anyone who works wih the public.

He used to be my LEAST favorite realtor on the show - now he's my favorite.

He had some great advice on how salespeople can utilize social media...he replies personally on his FB account too! I know - he's responded to me several times.

I have not read "The Sell" but I also really enjoy watching Million Dollar Listing. Fredrick is my favorite realtor on the show too with Ryan a close second. I'm going to have to read his book. It sounds very interesting.

I watch and enjoy the show also.................And like you i wasn't too fond of Frederick at first...but after a couple seasons i have found him to be my favorite....i also feel he out of all the realtors truely LOVES his job and he would be the one i would hire!! Ryan turned me off so bad in the first season or two....but i am starting to try to see another side to him.......................Luis...ugh...so slick....and phoney...all about himself... hopefully they will get another realtor in his place soon...
