Poor Judge Ito had to hear it 1000 times too from Johnny Cockran, Shappiro, and Marsha Clark.  It's legal-eze for "now that you heard that, let me tell you my side of the story."

          I am so tired of hearing "as well"!!  Every weather person uses it at least three times in one sentence.  And now, the news people and shopping channel people have adopted the words...yikes!!
