I had my MSN account for 9 years with the same password. I actually have a main account email, & a secondary...each with different passwords.
This morning, my secondary email with MSN butterfly said it couldn't sign me in, & wanted a password reset. I called MSN (India!), & they were of absolutely zero help. The tech,( who was nice), kept reading the same info off his screen...over & over. I asked for a supervisor, who didn't help, & really had no desire to.
My main account allowed me to sign in until just now. I'm getting the exact MSN prompt to change my password. I haven't done it yet with this one, though...not yet.
Should I be concerned? I'm always on guard when it comes to this stuff. The MSN prompt is in the normal place it usually is, & looks the same (they give prompts for any sign-in issues that may occur).
Could this POSSIBLY have anything to do with the Zappos hacking yesterday? I am a member, & did change that password yesterday. I don't know how to check this out....since MSN is clueless.
