Anyone Else Feeling Very Tired and Run Down

I have been under the weather for several weeks.. Very tired , aching in my joints and just not feeling well.. I was at the dr. a few weeks ago for routine test and everything

was fine except for my vit.d .. Gosh I hope it just isn't a part of getting older.
