Re: Anyone Else Experiencing Slow Shipments on Returned Items to QVC?

Yes, and after 12 days I contacted QVC and was credited for the return. Once it arrives at the warehouse they will see the credit has already been applied.

How's this for slow returns?  And why the hec did it arrive at the shipping facility and now it's in transit again????  And needless to say, I've still not seen a refund.

Just try and cancel an order less than 24 hours after you placed it.

@itsmagic I finally called CS today because the package was still at the shipping facility...the CS rep said to give it a couple of days and If it does not arrive then call back...guess what? When I signed into my Q account today the package and refund were already processed after the call. I don't know what happened because usually the package is delivered in 1 day of leaving the shipping facility.  I would give CS a call and have them to take a look...sometimes they can see the status when we can't on our side.

@GAQShopr53  So I followed your lead and called CS this morning and spoke with a very friendly rep.  He went ahead and processed the refund (I used their return label and he could also see it has been sitting in a shipping facility for over a week).  Thanks for the advice!
