@SharkE Not today. Had problems yesterday with page hesitation--and page/screen cascading down 1/3 to 1/2 pagge then stalling.
Today, so far, it has been okay, but I've probably just jinxed myself. Hope not.
Earlier this week--Monday--I cleared one day's worth of cookies on my MacBook selection. That cleared up problems here, maybe. BUT it created a problem with my online banking.
I went to log in there to check my balance and was informed that my account was no longer recognized. Had to get a numeric code sent to my phone and then get reauthenticated and re-register my laptop, etc. At least I didn't have to set up a new password. But what a hassle just to placate QVC's computer system's quirks.
QVC's web system is way behind the times and is the only commercial one I frequent that has multiple issues. On the evening of July 17th I wanted to order some things online on In the Kitchen with David
and was repeatedly unable to and gave up. I like online ordering so I get my cash back % from Rakuten, or Retail Me Not, and you can't do that when ordering by phone. So, Q lost out on $'s from me that night.
Luckily for them it did work when the Le Creuset frying pan was the TSV the week before, which I was able to purchase in the exclusive color I wanted while David was presenting it.
And it worked last night when I purchased the Bethlehem flocked wreath with clear lights. But, undoubtedly, problems will be encountered again until the Information Technology team here does a really coordinated overhaul. Until then, guess we just have to have patience if we want to continue to buy things here and interact on the forums.
Have a great day, Sharke!

All kinds of problems, it seems. I also had a problem trying to edit a post.

Yes, I replied and got kicked out of the site. Something about authentication?

^ just 1 of the many error messages I've seen this morning.

Same here ... I'll be back later. I don't have the patience to sit around and wait for response from website.

It's been wonky on and off all day. Sometimes you can connect quickly, sometimes not. Sometimes you get the 'processing' message and sometimes you don't. Sometimes you have to log back in and sometimes not. Sometimes you can move easily between forums and sometimes it takes forever. Seems to me this has been building up all week with intermittent slow connections and, as some of us have mentioned repeatedly to no avail, the site has been experiencing problems for months. For many of us, trying to access profiles is a source of frustration and trying to post pictures (other than when cutting and pasting) could be a full time job. I've also noticed with increasing frequency that while one's posts might well actually appear, the system doesn't always seem to close the loop. In other words, if you go back to the thread and look, your post will be there, but until you do, the 'reply' screen where you've keyed in your comments doesn't always close. It's like the system freezes up...

Yes...am having trouble. So irritating!!! You'd think this large of an Internet website would have a great IT dept!! Between this issue and the shipping issue - just received two emails regarding delayed items - this retailer needs to get it all together. There are just too many other places to shop - on line!!!
