I don't, but that's ok.
Sidebar: What's up with, when you click on the reply button and it puts your cursor in the field where the thread title is, instead of this field where you type your reply? No likey! Have to pay too much attention.
I've been wondering the same thing, it didn't use to do that?

CHRISTMAS has never been a holiday that I have enjoyed as an adult. I always say I am going on a cruise and won't the back until it is over. I never have though.
I go through the motions to make my DH happy.
To me Christmas is just a retailers money makers day. I would just prefer to go to church on that day and call it quits.
I am Christian and Easter is the most important religious day of the year. At one time Christmas was not really a big holiday. It has turned into a stressful day for many people.

How many of these threads have been started? Every year it's the same thing and same posters. Some enjoy and some don't.

After I retired, I either gave away or thrown out the Christmas decorations including the tree. The only things I kept are my raindeer antler hat that I wear on the 25th, rope lights that I put up on top of my couch & the huge jingle bells door knob thingie.
I am rarely home during Christmas. I'm either on some island under a palm stree sipping margaritas w/extra salt, on a cruise ship or at my 2nd home a casino.
This year it's the casinos w/3 of my girlfriends as well as cashing in on the after Christmas sales at Tangier Outlets. Paramour will be spending the holidays w/his parents in Florida. His family are JW. Paramour is a semi-practicing one but still does not celebrate holidays or birthdays.

I don't celebrate Christmas. I'm Jewish. I do like all the pretty decorations though. And it's the only time of the year that people are nice to each other.

If there wasn't a first Christmas there wouldn't ever be an Easter!

My husband and I quit buying gifts many years ago. Do not miss all that craziness that goes with shopping. We buy what we want thru the year. Put a small tree up and have a special dinner, but that is all. Still like the music and my old Christmas movies. No new movies as they suck.
