Thanks so much for your help ladies.

Yes there is a shop near me, I think I should get properly fitted, but just need to find the time to do so. 

In the mean time, I will try one of these suggested and if its a fail, I would have learned my lesson.

I really love the Breezies bras and panties.  I would suggest that you look at the t-shirt bra selection.  I prefer the underwire but do have a few in the wire free.  They are really comfy. This might work for you as you transition into a fitted bra.
