Any good health apps you use?

Got a Kindle for Christmas and I'm slowly trying to learn how to use it. I'm wondering if any of you have found a FREE health app (diet, food choices, weight control) that you like. I don't know if there is such a thing, but I'd like to find some Leslie Sansone walk programs that I could just pull up and use in a room that doesn't have a TV or DVD player in it.

Cronometer is an excellent food diary...huge database...lots of colorful charts to aid your daily dietary requirements.

Digifit. It requires a Bluetooth heart rate monitor (Polar), but it makes sure you exercise in the right heart rate zones...lots of colorful charts.

Fat 2 Fit . This app will allow you to measure your BMI, bodyfat%, calculate how many calories you need, etc...plus they have an archived podcast w/ lots of episodes w/ good information.

If you download U Tube you can get her videos on your device free. I like My Fitness Pal for weight control also.
