I have for several companies.   It's great fun and easy work.  If you like to do things on the weekend forget this type of work unless you get on at costco, where you may work during the week.  Shifts are usually 6 hours long and every time you go it's something new.  Some jobs require a lot of cooking and you may need a food handlers licensce.

@esmeraldagooch

So those folks you see giving out free food samples at supermarkets, membership clubs, etc are not store employees?

I am another one who had no clue what the OP was fonting about.

Re: Any demo people out there.

Store employee question:   they can be .....depends on how the store operates.  Some use people from a temporary agency so the store doesn't have to put them on the payroll - pay benefits - give vacation time.  Temp agency pays the demo person and bills the store for X hours @ $ per hour worked.

It would be nice if OP posting a question - gives the reader more clues as to what they are talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
