Yeah good luck with that. My daughter has an Etsy store and sends her packages through USPS mostly first class unless they require priority and they lose several packages a month. It is a total pain to try and talk with them and are usually on hold forever. There is really nothing you can do. She just resends them.

Another one of the delivered but I never received it. I track on my phone and my usps also. The package showed up as delivered and since it was liquid and hot that day I went straight to the box. No package. It's been 6 weeks and I'm still waiting. Someone has a bottle of root touch up for purple hair.
