I found this owl cam late last yr, it is located at a restuarant called Haute Enchilada in Moss Landing Ca. These are barn owls, adults are Teco and Valentina, they have four adorable chicks, oldest being a shy 4 weeks old.
Either put in the name of the restuarant and the usuals after or go to YouTube and put in Teco and Valentina. Read the story/history of this cam under the live feed. Enjoy!!

@SeaGal I adore owls for many reasons and one is that it's the symbol of my sorority. Thank you for posting.

It rarely happens, but sometimes I hear an owl hooting nearby after dark. I love that sound. .

Owls are amazing. The snowy owl's flight is so quiet it does not register on some sound detection equipment. Love them.

@SharkE ...... Ahhhhhhh, sharke, not an ugly bird! Like my owls. Wouldn't go near them ...... but love listening to them. I like my cardinals and blue jays too but I see them all the time.
Here is comes .... I am sure there will be some moans and groans and shaking of the head ......... the bird I like the best ...... the Crow. And, yes, I know. I grew up on a farm and have seen them at their worse. But they are still a beautiful bird in my eyes.

I've been seeing some crows lately. They certainly make their presence known. I was standing in my back yard one day and this one was up on one of the power lines. S/he said 'caw caw caw'. I said what was that and s/he said 'caw caw caw'. It went several times and I was fascinated that it was always in threes. ![]()
Every now and then I hear what I think must be an owl but, sadly, I'ved never been able to actually see one. I have cameras with pretty large lenses (I love taking birdie pics!) and still cannot find these elusive beauties. ![]()

@chickenbutt .... Like I said, I grew up on a farm and we had the normal barn owls. Not one of the prettiest owls. There was one that was always sitting in the rafters where we kept the hay. I swear he was the meanest bird I have encountered. He would sit up there and just "glare" at you. Then when that wasn't getting the reaction he wanted he would swoop down and grab a mouse and scare you. Just mean!
