Any Mercari Sellers Here?

Has selling on Mercari gotten better or worse over the last year? I know they used to charge the seller a very low percentage rate, but, as I was just looking over their policies and procedures , I noticed that they are now charging 10% of the selling price plus a 2.9% charge for processing thepayment.
