Any Ideas for a 30-minute Activity?

After gifts & games but before eating. No tv in the vicinity. Female college student.

TIA and Merry Christmas!

How about some 'Family Karaoki', it can be so much fun singin' and dancin' to the tunes!

You can always pull them up on youtube!

You can do some conversation games like Would You Rather.  I copied some questions from the internet, but you can find more.

1. Would you rather have the ability to see 10 minutes into the future or 150 years into the future?

2. Would you rather have telekinesis (the ability to move things with your mind) or telepathy (the ability to read minds)?

3. Would you rather team up with Wonder Woman or Captain Marvel?

4. Would you rather be forced to sing along or dance to every single song you hear?

Our family always goes out for a walk, unless it's sleeting/snowing. It's feels good just to get some fresh air.

Put them to work; setting the table, filling drink orders.

Don't worry about 30 minutes. People find stuff to converse about and a half an hour will pass rather quickly.

It's only 30 minutes, let them relax and talk with each other or do whatever they want to do.

They can make their own place cards.  LOL

Make thank you cards, out of washi tape, white card stock and envelopes, glue, or if you do it, a hot glue stick.  There's sticky tape for envelopes too or 2-sided tapes.

There's paper punches for decorating on the card stock.  They can use alphabet cereal too. To write notes.  There's water color paints to add to it, or crayons, or colored pencils, just go to a local craft store........no problemO.  Have fun.

Don't forget ink pads and stamps.  Don't forget paper punches of all kinds.  Everyone can get involved in this, if enough room and supplies are provided.

It can be an activity for many years to come, to become a family tradition if it fits the case.
