@Pearlee   The mods don't know any more about this than we do.  This is for fun, I wanted speculative responses from posters.  Our Common Carriers are great with off-the-wall excuses for delays.

I have found that PO in Secaucus to be a black hole.  This goes back many years, though.  It's not a recent phenom, at least for me.

I think you need to add a couple more to your list:

4.  The UPS driver is lost due to Google maps errors.

5.  Your package left Secaucus, but we don't know who took it.

6.  We really don't know anything about your package but thought we should at least post something to cover our behinds.

I received same message several times.  No more tracking info until it was delivered.  One delay was well over a week.

Ah KACHINA its just QVC's way of CYA....maybe the trucks are waiting in a gasoline line to fill up.....

I will say I got my Homeworx candles within 4 days ---it was shipped from their NC warehouse to Texas....

However, my Ryka sneakers took awhile....I ordered those on 5/8 and it took "only" 8 days to prepare the order 😊, they were finally delivered on 5/20---shipped from California...still not too bad for a QVC delivery.....

Of course orders from other companies arrived within 3-4 days with regular shipping AND heavy rainstorms too....
