1. We're busy opening up customer packages to see if there's anything we want for ourselves.

2.  We sent your package back to Bethlehem, Pa. by mistake.

3.  We have no idea where your package is.

I'm guessing its due to power outages from last evening's horrible thunder storms in many eastern states.  While we in MA experienced the storm, ours wasn't quite as bad as other states, NJ, being one of them.  Good luck with your tracking info.

@sceniccoast @We have power outages where I live almost daily and often multiple times a day. Packages get through during the poser outages. It's all the zillion other reasons that account for my packages not getting through. You're right about the weather. Stormy weather could definitely affect the drivers abi,it's to get through the roads.

Many of my packages seem to go to Secaucus and even come to my town. Then, they take a trip around the east cost. It’s crazy. Secaucus has lost numerous packages and done do make it to me. It’s a North Jersey thing

There are some great comments here! I order items from a variety of other companies, and generally receive them within 3 to 5 days with no strange tracking comments! I think you received one of those "please be advised that you may not receive your order anytime soon, so we're covering our bases" notice!

Do you mind if I ask what state you're from?  Just curious about the multiple storms you mentioned.

When I posted about the power outages, I was mostly thinking about communications; i.e., computers, not being able to deliver info that may be necessary for drivers, as well as flooding, etc.  I also read a few states had toppled trees (blocking roads) & roof damage.

Aha, I was right betting no delay at all.  Both packages arrived in Albuquerque late this afternoon, making the trip from Secaucus, NJ in one day.  All our theories were for nought.  I think word got around that we were bad-mouthing them so they put the pedal to the metal.  All's well that ends well.
