Any Guesses What This Means?

[ Edited ]

I just discovered this message on two of my incoming orders.

Does it possibly mean:

1. Holiday will delay my orders.

2. There's a predicted unseasonable blizzard in NJ

3. Heavy traffic on Interstate highways this week-end.

4.  We're not in the mood to work

What do you want to bet after this diré warning, there's no delay at all?

@Kachina624 In simple terms -- you're not getting your package any time soon.  Typical, don't you think???!!!

Worldwide transportation and manufacturing situations.

I believe that this is the proper all-purpose explanation.

I have now come to realize that I have placed orders for 10 each of a product named "delay"  LOL.   I also appear to have ordered a number of  "backlogs"  and  "waitlists"  I see alot of other people ordered these items too!!!  So exciting Smiley LOL

@Kachina624    Gasoline prices are sky high, so they're switching to ox-carts.....

@Kachina624  Why didn't you ask in Customer Care? Your question is about an order notation so the mods might know, rather than have posters guess?

If you're in New Jersey and there's something unusual going on, please let us know and alert the media.  😲

@Kachina624

You omitted listing #5.

#5.  ALL OF THE ABOVE!

You are lucky you are even getting ANY kind of message.  I have items that are taking anywhere from 11-13 days TO SHIP!   Numerous calls about different items and it is always the same old answer.  No reason other than safety because of COVID & sorry.  And some orders sit in "preparing your order" for days & then go to backorder.  Getting extremely tired of entire situation.

Ordered several things from Amazon Sunday, May 23rd.  Being delivered today, May 27th.  Boom!  That is service!  That is why Jeff Bezos is a multi-multi-multi billionaire.

Or #5...Your items will be stopping at a BBQ or two on their scenic journey thorugh NJ and PA.

At least it's not the dreaded red bar, "Hmm...somethnig went wrong. Try again or contact Customer Service."

Lately I've had a few that arrived at UPS facility, then transferred to post office, then processing again at UPS, then delivered by post office. Huh??
