Anyone have any suggestions on helping children deal with anxiety - that is understandable - without going on Rx medication? My 12 y/o granddaughter has issues since her dad (age 40) had a recent stroke. He was very ill for a time, but has come back well but not quite the same. She talks openly to my daughter (her mom) but still worries about losing both of them. We all worry....... but it breaks my heart seeing a young child already dealing with such adult issues. Their experience with counseling has not been helpful and was very costly. Thanks for your support & prayers in advance! Kathy
