Another update on BooBoo and it's good news

Long story short: my cat BooBoo had to be checked for arthritis, muscle wasting, cardiac myopathy, and thyroid problems.

I got the results of his blood tests today and the only medical issue he has is somewhat high blood pressure, which we're going to start giving him medication for. I'm so relieved my boy is ok!

Some wrong guesses by his soon-to-be-ex-vet sent us on a $1,000 wild goose chase. I'm been looking at vets in my area through Angie's List and I think I've found someone who will be a good match. DH and I are on a 3-week road trip and when we get back I'll get his medical records and make the change.
