Another stroll down memory lane - were you pleased with your formal senior picture?

The one that defines you for posterity? Did they tell you to wear pearls and then drape that silky sash thing over you?

I actually graduated at 15 and didn't have a formal senor portrait but my daughter's is lovely, by then they had the option of several poses, different clothes, etc. We chose the formal pearls, black sweater one and a cute one with a hat on, tilted to the side. This was during the Blossom, Tiffany era.

My DIL takes senior photos and nowdays people get to be on horseback, at their favorite hangout, on grandma's front porch - whatever is meaningful to them - the schools no longer require them to use Olan Mills as they did back in the prehistoric days of my youth.

Had a wonderful day here chatting with you all, and still managed to make my Christmas cookies in between.
