Another holiday stamp available for pre-order

It's being released on 9/22 but is available for pre-order now on the Post Office website.

Since here is always a long line at my PO, I buy my stamps through their machine.  Imagine my surprise that the stamps I bought last week were Christmas stamps.  Santa and his sleigh!  Does the PO do Christmas in August now?
