Another good reason to fly KLM

We flew KLM to Tanzania last year and thought that it was our best flying experience so far. But we didn't know just how good. Here's a short clip on youtube that dog lovers should enjoy:

WOW!!!!

Now that is customer service.  ALL USofA airlines should take note.

I find that airlines "based" outside of the USofA have the best services all around.

Indeed, KLM is perhaps one of the finest European airliner.

The Royal Deutch Airliner was founded in 1919 and has served ever since a brilliant customer service.

Good to know! My cousin is married to one of the KLM Bigwigs (I won't name his position). I never knew about this great Lost and Found service though!

Awwww, that's adorable!

Personally, my favorite reason to fly KLM was always the Delft houses full of genever that they handed out in business class. I have quite a nice little collection of them!

Another bit of trivia - King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands is a 737 pilot for the airline. He hasn't flown a regular schedule since 2017, but still keeps up his type rating and appears as a "guest" pilot from time to time.
