They said ok when the manager told them but when she left they complained to each other about it.

I am not sure I am going to blame the parents for this one .. You can teach your children multiple things and sooner or later they are going to do exactly what you taught them not to do..why? Cause they can and they are kids lol..
I can be a crotchy lady too when it comes to kids and their behaviors and lack of parental control.
My kids never acted up anywhere. They went out often with us and were used to it..and knew what behavior was expected. I try and ignore a lot these days now that I am a grandmother any my one grandson's mother has a bit different style then I do.
My grandson - his mother has major different parenting skills then I do and sees nothing wrong with letting him carry on..cry etc and disturb others.
They touched several pizzas - not just that one. however, he was the only one who complained. For some reason it didn't seem to bother any one else. It would have bothered me for sure. The parents definitely should have stopped it after the first time. The little girl was just doing what her older brother had already done.

We saw the toddler repeatedly pick.up and LICK the tops of those shakers they put on the table that hold the cheese and pepper to sprinkle on pizza. The parents didn't do anything. So, moral.of the story...beware f any condiments that sit out on restaurant tables. We did mention to.our server that they should clean out those condiments after the family left.
Lots of disgusting stuff goes on with those tableside condiments.

Oh boy, this is my pet peeve ...... badly behaved children.
I no longer keep quiet ........ when a child is screaming and you can hear them on the other side of the store, I now confront the mother and ask what is wrong with that child.
If kids are running in a store, I speak up and say: HEY ... be careful!
And if they are really bratty .... I speak up and say: HEY ... Where's your mother??
Yes, maybe others wouldn't do that, but most people I know go to stores to shop (which requires thinking in most cases) and NOT to endure badly behaved, noisy children who are allowed to run wild.
Sorry .... but I see no reason to tolerate that! ![]()

I watched a young girl (maybe 4 to 5 yrs old) push her fists into bunches of bananas at the grocery store.....only after I glared at her and her parents did they tell her to stop.....she bruised all those bananas....what would make a child do that...and why did the parents not care until they realized someone saw it.
I reported it to the store manager but I have a feeling those bananas were left on the shelf for some unsuspecting person to buy.

When I was a kid, complete strangers would put us in our place if we acted up, then my mom would thank them. She would also scold us sorely in front of God and everyone. Yes, it was humiliating, which was the point. We were shamed for humiliating our mom with our bad behavior in public.

I was at a grocery store yesterday where a child, couldn't have been more that two, and another maybe five were chasing each other through the store. No sign of a parent. Later I saw a man carrying the two year old but never saw a mother.
If parents don't care about other shoppers, they should care about their children. That two year old could have gotten hurt knocking over a display on herself or run over by a shopping cart. For all I know, the man could have been abducting the child and who would have known.

I don't think it makes anyone a ""crotchy"" (LOL) old lady because they don't want a pizza that someone's kids have put their hands in.
Disgusting!
