@SANNA  Are you freaking serious?  You don't command a ship right out of boot camp. 

 

I am also 100% positive that the "younger generation" in our military isn't as incompetent as you think.

 

In fact, the overall "younger generation" has its doo-masses just as much as the "older generation". 

 

Responsiblity and competency isn't generational in percentages.
