New to Walmart+ and enjoying the perks, while making a delivery order today a pop up appeared with an offer of no tipping as Walmart will include it for all deliveries for $40/year.
Sounds like a deal to me!
@Kachina624 do you have this?

@rockygems123. I ordered groceries for delivery for tomorrow but didn't get a pop up or the offer. That would be a bargain.
I'll check it out. Thanks.

40.00 a year sounds like a really good deal @rockygems123 .

I got it last fall. It really saves a lot instead of tipping every delivery.
You still have to order at least a $35 dollar and up order. These employees are Walmart employees whereas just Walmart+ are not Walmart employee delivery people so you do tip, is how I understand it.
With Walmart+ you can have something shipped with no shipping even if it's 1 item and also not perishable. Sometimes it comes the same day from the store! You can't beat that!
But add "Inhome"for $40 a year and it's great to have delivery when you don't feel like going to the store or picking them up, and no tipping!

I checked into this a few months ago, and it wasn't available in my area. I had to go through the sign up process to find that out, though. There are a few threads mentioning it on here.

Thank you so much for the explanation. It sure seems like a great deal and will make this an add-on to my Walmart+ subscription.
Even at only 1 order a week with the minimum $35 order at 10% tip that's about $200 annually in tips!

According to Forbes, the Walton family are the richest in the world with a net worth of $432.4 billion. Elon Musk's net worth is 298 billion. They can well afford to give their customers some bargains. I'll stick with Costco.

You don't really have to tip at all. Why pay the $40? The better deal is to skip it altogether.
