Another Question About The Nook Downloaded Books

I just downloaded Still Missing - a book that the Facebook page Cheap E Reads just posted that it was on sale from $9.99 to $2.99. Anyway, I went in to check to be sure it had the right amount of pages and I got a message that I never got before - It's saying to unlock your book you must type your full name and credit card # used to purchase book. Has anyone gotten this message before?
