Another Q Website Glitch Costing Them Money

I rarely watch QVC, but I do look at their daily lists of items up for sale. None are available to see today, just a notice which says:

We're sorry, but these products have currently sold out. Everything? Seriously?

Update your website, Q! Some of us do buy your products, but you sure as heck make it difficult {#emotions_dlg.mad}

Re: Another Q Website Glitch Costing Them Money

Just had that happen on the Hello Kitty items. You have to go to the search engine and type in Hello Kitty to get the items to show.

Oh wow! I just tried going to 'recently aired' and got that message instead of being able to see anything.

I bet there are a lot of us who don't sit around watching QVC all the time but, instead, check the recently aired list. Except for a rare show here and there, that's the only way I've been buying for a while now.

Good trick, croemer! I tried using the list of "items" sold found on the far right of products shown, but that came up with the same notice that there was nothing.

What is wrong with this company that they let their website get messed up, over and over? I've never had that happen anywhere else, and I do most of my shopping online. Which reminds me, I need to check Target today for a new banana hanger, LOL.

I mostly use the website too....I can't stand to listen to the idle chatter on the shows...there has been very few I have ever sat and watched for more than 5-10 minutes.

Oh well - their loss, eh? Smiley Happy

They should take several different models from Amazon. That's where I spend most of my money and pretty much buy everything except the majority of my groceries. Their website always works. Their prices are ALMOST always the best you'll find. Their customer service is second to none.

I just had an issue here with an order. It was an A/D of a perishable food item. I had cancelled the order but they sent it anyway. I wrote a polite email asking if I could just refuse the shipment and got a response that, no, I should not do that and I should just use the return label that is supplied. Well, first of all, there was no return label (I could be wrong but I don't think there is ever a return label on perishable food items) and I am not in a position to trot way down to the UPS place, carrying this heavy thing. So I ended up just having to take the item and pay money I had not planned on paying out just because THEY cannot cancel a freaking order properly, even when it was cancelled in plenty of time. Ok, sorry - rant over. {#emotions_dlg.blushing}

Amazon would have fixed it. Lesson learned.

The only show I enjoy listening to or watching is Isaac Mizrahi and Shawn. They are both really funny and, when they get going, their laughter is infectious. He's a very clever guy.
