Re: Announcement from Buckingham Palace

I just read an article on Yahoo about some of his foot in mouth comments over the years. Yikes. I wonder if the Queen will ever do the same (retire from public duties) or if that would be the same as abdicating for her. She seems to be in good health, at least as far as the public knows. She will never abdicate imo, only for serious health reasons.

Queen Elizabeth has already relinquished some of her duties. But she won't abdicate no matter her health. She'll be queen until she dies.

I believe Prince Philip is going to step down, retire.  Hopefully he is just fine.

Sometime I check during the day, but mostly when I go to bed around midnight. How can you tell when people are posting late night or not?

I just saw time and date, never noticed before.  Mine recorded eastern time, but I,m in CA. Pacific time.

It's easy to tell because there are very few new posts and replies.  The most recent stay the same for long periods of time, and new threads aren't started.  I don't particularly look for time/date either.  I just know that there are always new things to read and comment on during the day, but late at night, it slows down a lot and sometimes comes to a complete stop.
