I would have preferred if they would have spent their time making their system more robust so we don't continue to have some of the down times like we've had periodically. Times when you can't order on line, and as a result can't even get through to C/S by phone.

Fix what needs fixing and not try to make changes that will only complicate existing problems and probably add more!!! If you can't fix something, the solution isn't to add new stuff to try to cover for the fact you can't fix it!!!

If I want to find something I just do a search - simple! I don't care what's trending and all the categories you might want to look at are across the top ( hope they don't eliminate those).

Can't see where this will make looking for anything here any easier at all!!!

Everything with QVC online has been broken multiple times. There's always something not working.

I honestly can't imagine a new system working any better.

Are they going to fix the bug whereby when I enter a search term (eg "wedge sandals") in the top right box, on the forums, it only searches the forum posts and doesn't find inventory? They have a separate search box for forum posts on the left side of the screen, so the one at top right should only be for inventory.
