@just bee   Perfect description.

When I find them, I am putting one cookie in a small plastic bag and into the freezer.  They do freeze beautifully.

Pop in the microwave for few seconds and you are good to go.

@Mersha

If there are any left the next time I'm at Costco, I'll grab a package for the freezer...

So nice with tea in the morning...

Me too, @just bee.  This current package wont make the freezer but I will buy one and freeze them. I hope they are not seasonal.

And I agree, your description was right on.

I know cookies.  Cookies are friends of mine.  These are no cookies.  We're talking more of a pastry-type product.  That "crust" says tart to me.

Very rich.

Yup, @just bee, I agree, those are not cookies and my family even said they were tarts. They even look like tarts.  We really enjoyed them and will continue enjoying them tomorrow. Smiley HappySmiley Happy

DH and I both have a sweet tooth...most goodies are wrapped well and frozen, that way I am not tempted to over eat...I get a treat out as we have the craving.

@northiie57 ...you just had to post that recipe site...sigh.

I am not one to alter recipes but would you know if the raspberry jam could be substituted for another flavor?

Re: ...And Yet Another Great Costco Find

I got a container of these yesterday at Costco, but haven't opened them yet.  Has anyone else tried them?
