Similar situation if the injury occured on the job. Then worker comp insurance becomes the primary insurance.

I hope all of you go over to KHN.org to check out the website. It always covers relevant health issues. Currently there are articles on the right to fix a wheelchair and the growing presence in hospice care of for-profit companies. I know people dealing with these things every day.

 

Also, they are looking for reporters in D.C. and the South.

Not uncommon.


If they didn't give her treatment then she was refused....


You don't treat until you are diagnosed! 

 

They usually do not have the necessary diagnostic equipment for what could be a serious head injury!
