I read about this story on Facebook this morning. A young man (teenager) walked into a Target store in North Carolina to purchase a clip on tie for a job interview. That store did not have clip on ties, so he bought a regular tie. He did not know how to tie it so some store employees tied it for him. They found out why he wanted the tie so they gave him some tips for his job interview such as looking straight into the interviewer's eyes, and a strong handshake, things like that. Someone overheard the conversation and took pictures. He was going to Chick-A -Filet for the interview. He looked so good. This story made me cry. It was a story I needed to start my day.

It is often the most simple kindnesses that mean the most, and leave the most lasting impressions.

Something as simple as tying a necktie for a young man, and bolstering his confidence can be literally life changing.

I love it when people are kind to each other.
