@suzyQ3 I agree! I hope that our country remains "the land of the free"...things are certainly different from when I was growing up.

We always put out a flag on our porch each July 4th as well as Flag Day.

It saddens me that so many do not understand the importance of the flag and the number of patriots that fought and died for it.

I cannot imagine what those soldiers would feel to see it used as a weapon against law enforcement.

Hopefully, this country can work its way back to honor and respect.

We have five small American Flags we put out in plants on our front porch on Special days 🇺🇸
We don't see many flying at homes anymore. Our city lines two main streets here with the 🇺🇸 it's so great to see, actually brings tears of Joy.

There are still lots of people in our area that fly a flag at home, especially all summer long. I love the sight of driving down some streets, and almost every home has a flag flying. @Grand Happy

Indeed! My brother lines his driveway & sidwalk with the smaller American flags. He recently sold his home and his real estate agent had shown it to one couple and in their feedback to the real estate agent, they didn't think "this was the neighborhood for them", directing it to the flags!
