@ID2 People have a perfect right to buy toilet paper online.  Many of us do and don't deserve being scolded for it. We deserve to buy what we we need where we want and not be cheated.

@Spurt  Good luck to you with making a difference to your Amazon service. I can only tell you I've placed a lot of calls and still get a mixed bag. It comes down to the local supervisors and workers. Some of them are devoted to doing a good job and some of them are just there to get paid. Same old story. Whenever I see one of the Amazon folks delivering to doors I always thank them for doing it right. My 'instructions' have always been 'delliver to door' and some of them do but some of them just ignore it. I do think delivery services of all kinds have become completely overwhelmed. I suspect many of the workers are trying to do the right thing at the same time they have much ground to cover.

Speaking of groceries, I've been using Amazon Fresh for delivery quite a bit. I do find them reliable but options are limited and I'd also suggest that their defnition of 'fresh' and mine don't always agree, which is sort of unnecessary, given they've got huge Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh stores very close by...

As for the Skins (because I refuse to accept 'Commanders'), as you know I don't follow them and so unfortunately I can't offer you any inside gossip about that miscreant, but do share your opinion that it's really a shame the NFL hasn't forced a sale. Unfortuntaely, I do also agree, I suspect most owners aren't exactly upright guys...

@Sooner  For sure... Why would I choose to schlep a huge package of anything through the store, to my car and then inside when I can have it left at my door...

Interesting...I believe Amazon employees are scrutinized upin leaving the building, so I wonder how they could hide that?

Re: Amazon problem

Your right, I'm probably wasting my time trying to impact All deliveries from Amazon no matter what the contract company or their own fleet...I want them them to live up to their promise on what is supposed to be happening with Prime with what Im paying. But at least venting and making their employees answer my concerns is a small victory! The only reason I have Prime is because Prime Video is the only way to watch Thursday Night NFL games this season.....Yep, Bezos bought the NFL rights....and he said he wants to become even more involved in the NFL ....BUY THE TEAM JEFF!  But I guess he's more interested in his venture on going to Mars ...With whats happening in the good ole USA these days I dont blame him! 🙄

I appreciate your reply about the team. I just thought as much as your local media HATES Snyder that there would be news stories all over the place outlining what took place in tis lengthy meeting with the Feds....I know when the Cowboy's Jerry Jones opens his mouth and says something stupid, its a top news story even though we are 299 miles away from Dallas....

Yep, I call the team, WASHINGTON, as I refuse to accept Snyder's name as well.....What's hysterical is my city had an AAF team and of all the names, it was also called THE COMMANDERS....🤣🤣🤣  At least our logo and helmet design were far more creative than the "W" that Danny came up with!!!! Sadly, the AAF went bankrupt as most of the minor leagues do....but wouldnt it have been funny if the name "Commanders" copyright was still in effect and my city decided to sue Snyder for a copyright violation 🤣🤣....Just for grins I did buy an SA Commander's t-shirt as a joke and told my friends, this is THE REAL COMMANDERS....(the shirt was really cheap since the league had folded)....

A lot of  delivery people are NOT allowed to go door to door in highrise buildings.  If there is a central point for building, for instance, like the attendant in the lobby or a doorman, the packages are left there.  It's not Amazon you should be mad at because they wouldn't climb 3 flight of stairs to bring your package up.  Or to get on the elevator and ride up to the 15th floor to leave the package in front of your door.  It has nothing to do with Amazon.

Amazon does have a service called "Key."  People come into your home deliver packages when you're not even there.  Not that I would ever consider such a thing, cause I would not.

Put the blame where it belongs.  Squarely, on the delivery companies, and not Amazon.

@Spurt Make an impact on Amazon deliveries?  Oh yeah?  Amazon has its own fleet of delivery trucks, but they also outsource some of the work to third party delivery people.  If you are trying to help Amazon's delivery woes, then you should be speaking to them about their own fleet.  Not the USPS, not UPS and not FEDEX.  There is one more they use that I hate too, but I know it's not Amazon's fault that my package is sitting somewhere after they hand it off to be delivered by another company they have a contract with.  Best thing to do is report the problems with the carriers so Amazon can make informed decisions when contract renewal time comes.

@MamaWick It would be easy for a guy or woman in baggy clothes to hide a roll or two a day.  Which probably explains a lot. That's why so often you hear of a single item or two missing.
