@jewel-maven It was sealed in the origional box in which it arrived to me with a label from Amazon attached, taken to the UPS store, scanned there and I received a receipt.

You should call. There is an issue. Some 3rd party sellers can be shady or it could be a mistake but it has been more than enough time for a resolution . Only had one incident with no refund and ended up having to call three times to get the credit. Also look on your orders and see what is stated for your return status.

@Redshoes07 but Amazon still send an email immediately saying they've sent it back to the vendor and as soon as they get receipt from the vendor, your account will be credited.
I'm fortunate to have an Amazon Hub Locker very close to me, so I take my returns directly to the Hub Locker. I Scan the QR code and I have an immediate email from Amazon that it was received and usually the refund is in my bank account that same day

Update: Amazon has received the package and are processing my refund. Now, I suppose, it's a wait and see.

Finally got an email from Amazon. The item arrived to them on 1/27, they're issuing a refund on 2/4 and my credit card will be credited on 2/9.
