Isn't it wonderful to have a great experience?
I have had these same experiences with them.
This morning I am returning a “gag” gift ...well, sort of not really!
It was part of DH gift... put batteries in (it is a toilet light) and it doesn’t work. Returning. Reordered from a different company!

Had an Oreck vacuum from QVC and it gave out. QVC doesn't seem to carry them now so I ordered from Amazon. Didn't like the way it worked. Went online re: the return. Informed UPS would bring a postage paid return label the next day which they did and took the very large box. Within another day I had my refund. Can't beat that service.

I had a good experience too. Was able to cancel an order with one of their third-party suppliers. They sent an email, sent me a copy, got a reply cancelling the order and they sent that to me. I found the product at a lesser cost a couple of hours after ordering and was surprised I could still cancel. Yay!

Good to hear these glowing compliments. My DD & SIL work for amazon and I cannot tell you how much they value their employees. Lots & lots of perks. Excellent bennies. They are very happy to be working there. They were promoted after being there only 4 months. Lots of positive reinforcement, recognition and rewards. Will pass on the nice comments made here.

Never had any return problems until..............
Ordered 6 phone chargers that plug into car cig lighter. They were not what I expected. I went on Amazon return page and to my surprise the items were NOT returnable.

Before ordering always make sure refundable. By the way! I never purchase third party items. Thus the reason no problems.

@Daysdee. From reports from owner here on the boards, the last years that QVC carried Oreck, they completely went to pot. I'm surprised they're still in business.

In my laziness, I have used the online chat feature on Amazon. (It is hard for me to find).
when I tell the agent of my problem, they usually cover it for me. Just a thought you might try...
