We get it 1/2 price with an .edu email address . . . 20 reasonable, yes, 40 might turn too many off, ala NetFlix and their doubling of prices a few years back.

I would have to rethink subscribing if the cost was increased, even by $20.

I love Prime, but before I subscribed I usually managed to get an order to $25 (for free shipping) without much trouble, so I could revisit that if I had to drop Prime.

I agree. Not only free shipping with 2 day delivery, but free streaming of movies, TV shows, etc.

Didn't the $25 recently go up to $35 for qualify for free shipping?
