I made my first return in forever last week. A box popped up and asked me how I wanted the refund - gift card or returned to card. I had to choose one before the process would go any further.

I still love my Amazon Prime, but you're right on the shipping. I love that I can buy almost  anything, including the kitchen sink, and the shipping and handling is free.
