Amazon - Now that's customer service

I talked about this in a response to a post, but I thought I'd share the wonderful service I received from Amazon this week. I ordered a something that came to $12.60. I'm a prime member so it was shipped 2-day USPS. I should have received it Sunday, and got a text saying it was delivered, but I didn't get it. Called Amazon. They asked me to give it 48 hours. Still a no-show so I called them today. They have sent me another one, overnight shipping at no additional cost to me, and extended my prime membership for one additional month. All that over a $12 item. Now that's great customer service!!! I find myself ordering more and more from them.

They did something similar for me back in the day. A $25 order for dog toys that got lost. They sent me the same order practically overnight and refunded my credit card. Finally free stuff and it was all for my dog.

With issues like yours, they're great but with tech issues they're the pits. They've got employees who don't know what they're doing. I called recently with a problem and eventually figured out the solution on my own because they were no help at all. In order to use Prime, I have to sign in with an email address which I no longer use and can't get mail with but can't change it on Amazon.

Yes, my experiences have been super great and and awesome. I will also way that I have been well treated by QVC customer service as well.No issues.

Yea! Love amazon and amazonfresh. I ordered Scott tissue and it was apparently unavailable after I placed my order so they refunded me the amount and sent me Angelsoft toilet paper for free! Customer service is about going above and beyond.

A friend in need is a friend indeed.

I absolutely LOVE shopping with Amazon. The free shipping is fantastic, and I have never had anything but excellent customer service. Just a fabulous place to shop!!

That was great customer service. But I've had similar experiences with Qvc. I have no complaints with the way QVC handles such things. EVINE on the other hand has the WORST customer service, it's been bad throughout all of their various ownership and name changes.
