@shoekitty @I don’t call but just choose the online customer service option.It always works out well for me.I think delivery companies are overwhelmed and can’t keep up with all the online shoppers.It seems they all have a we are hiring sign up these days.I let amazon know when my orders don’t arrive as scheduled so they can possibly address the issue and find a better solution.
