I seldom buy from the southern channel but bought a set of lipliners and lipstick by Stacy. One of the items was broken and when I called they immediately sent a new kit. I told them I wouldn't be able to return for a few days because I had company and CS said enjoy your company and we will immediately send a replacement-which they did. Wow, I'm not used to this kind of service. I've always liked Stacy and I've got to say her lipliners are amazing because they really last all day. I haven't had problems with Q but I don't think they would send a new item until receiving the one you returned.
