And I think they came in the same car and then separated.  But, no matter who won, they should follow their usual procedure ---driver pays, accoding to OP.

What's the big deal about splitting a hundred?  Don't 20's spend ---or whatever change there would be.

NO you aren't being too criticial, if anything you're being very nice and in control.  Your friend could've broken that 100 before leaving the casino or brought money for parking.  Knowing how I am, I'd ask for my money back.. that's just me..  Your friend, in my opinion, was tacky asking you for money to pay parking..  One always goes prepared for anything, money wise at least.

Sorry about your loss, we're like that in the lottery..

I would have offered to "loan" her 10 bucks until she got some change.  Or given her change for her 100 ... is I still had it.  LOL  She sounds a little "silly" to me.

She didn't want to break a $100 dollar bill? What a weird, lame excuse.

Of course she should not have asked you to pay for parking.

No you aren't being critical.  Next time that you drive, tell her she needs to pay for parking in order to "pay you back" for the time you paid when it wasn't your turn.

No you are not being too critical. She has a lot of nerve asking you to pay. Very rude of her IMO no matter who won or lost.
