My friend and I went to the casino for the day ... we decided to meet for dinner at 5:00 and then went our separate ways ... while having dinner we compared notes ... it turns out she had won $1,000 and I had lost $300 ...
We left after dinner and she said to me, "Would you pay for parking? I don't want to break a $100 bill" ...
Since she had won and I had lost, I thought that was very unthoughtful and ignorant of her ... am I being too critical?

Had the two of you discussed who would pay for parking before entering the casino?

Changing my response... at first I thought you two had gone together, she drove and wanted you to pay parking.
But it seems you two drove in separate cars and she asked you to pay for her parking? Is that correct?
That is cheeky! I would have laughed and told her to pay for her own parking.

Then she should have paid even if it meant breaking a $100 bill. Too bad for her-

Gamblers never win! Just kidding-I've never been to a casino that didn't have free parking!

NoelSeven ... misunderstanding here ... we have been friends for a very long time and years ago we came to an understanding that whoever drove would also pay for parking ... it has to do with parking permits ... easier for driving person to use their own parking permit ...
