Am I the only one? texting & phones

I just do not text -- I refuse to do it. Most of the time I don't give out my cell number. There are times I like to be 'unreachable' -- know what I mean?

Many times I don't answer the house phone or my cell -- unless it is one of the kids, DH, mom or MIL.

When someone asks for my cell number -- I just tell them -- I don't carry it with me all the time and calling the house -- to get me or leave a message (or sending me an email) is the best way to reach me.

What really bugs me is when someone does call from a cell -- and they are trying to talk to you but obviously distracted or driving out of cells along the way. I will tell them to jusy hang up and call me at a time more convenient for them Smile
