@Spurt   Crime rate for teens hijacking cars is out of control....with weapons and often physical harm  (as young as 11 and not his first rodeo).  The report mentioned that frequently there are no consequences for their crimes.  One city paid money so these "young criminals" could be rehabilitated with learning how to play the violin ! (funded with tax payer money).....did it help....NO. You can't make this stuff up.

 

Stay strong, stay calm...this mad hatter's ride will be with us for awhile.  Keep a smile and positive attitude in spite of the storm.😉
