My friend in high school, about 1965 had a late 1940's Hudson, bright maroon!! We called it the Blimp. She had those buttons. Many of them. Not only for PRDL and such, but for radio and hood. To is it was so,fancy inside lol. Even had those velvet ropes attached to back seat, so we could hang on.

We are in the market for a 2025 Forester and I've been watching youtube videos to see what they're all about--lots of fancy stuff added since 2016--kinda makes my eyes cross.
I hope you like yours!
This is my second Subaru and I love my Forrester. My only complaint would be that I was driving a few weeks back and my front windshield started to crack. No rock hit my windshield. By the end of the day, I had a crack from the very top of the window all the way to the bottom. To make matters worse, since the car is new the windshield is on backorder.
I did contact Subaru Corporate, explained what happened and sent them a video of the crack and they are making it right. Once the windshield is reaplced, they will pay my insurance deductible.

It is a pretty vehicle, but more 'car' than I'd want and far more than I'd want to spend. Car and Driver seems to really like it, but suggests it lacks power.

I'm not panicking. I love and appreciate new and innovative tech. DH will be the one to not like something because it's new/different.
@monicakm @My post wasnt about you panicking. Someone was saying they hoped their current car lasts as they couldnt handle a change to buttons or dials.

Motor Trend's SUV of the year. I'm sure this will be our last car. We don't lease and or repurchase every few years. Our current car is 14 years old. Too much car? That doesn't compute but I definitely understand too much money. Hey, I would have bought a Ford Edge Titanium but they stopped making them last year. Hubby is still in rehab and I doubt he'll be anxious to go car shopping anytime soon.

Too much car for me, not being an SUV person. The closest I'd go is a crossover and even then, probably not.
