All hosts pushing "returns."

It seems every show I watch, the hosts are saying at least once or twice that one can return the item within 30 days, no questions asked. They used to mention it once in a while, now it seems like it's a priority to get that said.

Their new policy (since S&H was reduced) has taken away a lot on the other end. Higher prices and no S&H refunds, no reduced shipping on the second item, etc. They must be making more on returns than on sales.

Yes! I've been noticing that! 'Love it or return it'. (Well, it does prompt us to give items a try. ($3 times 2 equals $6, which is just about what the shipping was to begin with.) .... Just thinking out loud here, as usual. lol.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Re: All hosts pushing ""returns.""

I have noticed the same thing. They are really pushing the fact that you are welcome to return, almost inviting it, because they know there is a lot of flack about them no longer returning the original shipping cost, so I think they are just trying to seem accommodating.

Whenever business has an unpopular policy or procedure, they find ways to skirt around the criticism of it by trying to seem so accommodating in another way. Almost a denial tactic.

I wonder if frequent returners will still get the infamous letter.

Oh but the return shipping is not $3. It's the same...what?....$6.95 it was before.{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

Well, isn't that a nice "double bubble." {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

If you think the shipping policy is unfair or too high, there is a solution.
