I would not expect a QVC customer service person to give accurate information on what an optician is capable of. A Prive Rivaux customer service rep would give more accurate information on their product.
If a QVC show host says that prescription lenses can be inserted, I would expect that she is just giving information that
was provided from Prive Riveau.
When I asked my optician to insert prescription lenses, he said that he would try, no guarantee. He did it for me with no problem and no charge. I probably save at least $100. by providing my own frames. I have been using the sun glasses since last summer.
