Aldi delivery

Does Aldi have its own delivery drivers? I had delivery done for the first time & found a key fob at the bottom of the bag, I tried to contact the delivery person but my message wouldn't go through. I have shingles so I really don't want to go to my Aldi unless I know the delivery person works for Aldi & not another delivery service. Thanks for any help.

Can't contact stores by phone, that's a money saver according to their website @spumoni99 I tried messaging CS too on their website, wouldn't send it.

How did you order? Aldi does not have it's own delivery so you would have need to choose one yourself, if I understand it correctly.

I didn't use Instacart, no delivery service name was given, just the shoppers name. Guess I'll have to go to my Aldi because those fobs are expensive...to replace my car fob is $150.00. I feel terrible, this is my 3rd time having shingles since I got the vaccine...ugh. Thanks for replying everyone.

The delivery person will probably contact you or stop by when they discover it missing. I'd give it time before I'd make a trip to Aldi.

Aldi uses Instacart. Anything on your receipt with a contact/feedback option?

Depending on the type of fob, they either won't be able to unlock or start the car. My car is keyless entry and start. If I'm out and about and lose it, I'm in trouble.
